This year, it was crucial for me to implement feedback more profoundly into the day-to-day work at Productsup. I wanted to turn it into something natural. Leapsome is a great tool to support an open, positive feedback culture.
We launched Leapsome at an all-hands meeting followed by workshops on feedback. In the course of these workshops I introduced the tool, which went very well. The staff immediately started logging in and giving instant feedback. The Leapsome team facilitated a really good start with the tool, fast and straightforward. I always felt very well looked after. Working together with Leapsome is very enjoyable and a lot of fun.
The most drastic change is that employees now give “praise” more often in regard to something that colleagues have done particularly well. This is especially pleasing to see in that it facilitates exchange with our employees in other countries. The staff say “thank you” more often and feedback is now more specific and precise! The self-assessments and the possibility to compare one’s own perception with that of other people is also extremely interesting, especially for executives.
I particularly like the Instant Feedback module. It’s a great way to highlight what others have done great and contributes to more open communication, more transparency within the organization, and better team spirit.
